This game is a HIT with my 5th and 6th graders! I tutor in our homeschool community and need a review game every week - this is my most-often requested! Guts or Gab, this fun review or icebreaker game, is well-suited for middle-grade students (perhaps 4th through 8th graders), but older and younger students may enjoy it as well. Ask your students, “Guts?” or “Gab?” Do you want to do something that takes GUTS, or have to answer a question and GAB to everyone? The student then chooses a card from

Lay cards out face up for students to match the English and Latin terms, or flip facedown for an English/Latin memory game. These are great for practicing and playing with Cycle 3 Latin at home and at community d

2-sided timeline bookmarks to help with memorizing. One side contains the full timeline text, while the other contains abbreviated text - the first letter of each word (see the background of my main product photo for an example). I often hold it up with the full text facing me while the kids use the abbreviated side to practice - once they can do that easily, we move to full memory. I'm on a mission to help my 7- and 10-year-olds prepare for Memory Master, and timeline is tough! One thing tha

Gamified Chore Chart!

Simple? Yes. Easy to Use? Yes. Effective? Yes. This chore chart comes without a lot of bells and whistles, but because of its simplicity it's the one I actually USE! I have tried so many things to keep myself encouraging the kids to help with chores around the house. But I've found that anything that relies on ME to remind them fails pretty quickly; I just don't have the brain space to remember all the things! While my kids still need some prompting, keeping a simple chore chart on the fridge ha
