This is a great template for a missing persons poster. My class used this when we studied the colony of Roanoke. Each student created his own disappearance theory, but the application of this template is varied.

This document includes a lesson plan and experiment hand out designed to take up 30 to 45 minutes. Students will test various liquids to see if the density of a liquid affects magnetic pull. This is a great introductory lesson for students starting to learn about the scientific method and predictions vs. observations.
