I have created a variety of activities based on the book, Arnie the Doughnut. Activities include coloring sheets, a directed drawing activity, writing prompts with clipart, and an about me doughnut decorating activity. This packet contains visuals for four vocabulary terms from the book, A Bad Case of the Stripes. The visuals include a colorful copy of the word, as well as a definition inside a bean. This vocabulary visual could be used to go over vocabulary before reading. Give each student a laminated visual (from this pdf). As the term is reached in the story, have the student pair stand up and review the term. I have also updated this packet to include a true/false sorting activity! Enjoy!
