Accommodations and Modifications Cheat-Sheet

I for one, love cheat-sheets! This is a form I made for myself, my pararofessionals, and my general education teachers to look at and quickly see my students accommodations and modifications. For my own copy and my paraprofessionals copies, I color-code the students by their general education classrooms. This makes it easy for us to keep track of ensuring our students are getting the correct accommodations and modifications at all times.

About the store

Experience

I am going into my 11th year of teaching. I have taught grades 3-5 resource/inclusion, grades 3-5 self-contained behavioral program in a public school and outplacement, and now I am currently teaching in a grade 3-5 self-contained Autism program in a public school.

Teaching style

I believe in teaching the whole child. I believe social/emotional learning is just as important as learning to read and write. I believe there is a positive in every situation and that challenges are just opportunities to learn and grow.
