In this memorable activity, students will use the scientific method to test 3 different products. It could be 3 different paper towels, 3 different root beers, 3 different sun glasses, etc. They will set up their experiment and will have students rate their products (brand names covered) on a 5 to 1 rating scale. In this activity, students act out as organelles in a cell. Every student will have a detailed paragraph describing themselves as organelles and they have to perform some sort of physical activity that is listed in bold on the handout. Students have props and perform a variety of functions. Students do this with a volleyball net, bucket of water, bag of sugar, desk lamp, along with a variety of other props. This will help to make the cell learning experience become more lasting and memorable

The purpose of this worksheet is to help students understand that science terms have primarily a greek or latin origin.
