Teaching style

I’m the kind of teacher who loves all the bells and whistles when it comes to learning! From creative classroom materials and hands-on activities to engaging assessments and supplemental resources, I’m always dreaming up new ways to make learning exciting and meaningful for my students. If there’s something I want for my classroom and I can’t find it anywhere, I’ll create it myself and then happily share it with fellow amazing educators! I truly love using my creativity to make teaching more fun, effective, and inspiring for both teachers and students alike. 😊

My own education history

I completed my education with a degree in Elementary Education (K–6). I continued my professional journey in education, where I primarily taught 3rd Grade ELA and earned my ESOL endorsement to better support students in understanding the English language and making meaningful connections to academic standards. My teaching experience has also included roles in Visual Arts education as well as early childhood classrooms, including Pre-K and Kindergarten. I truly value the wide range of experiences I’ve had across different grade levels and subject areas, as they have shaped me into a flexible, well-rounded educator. I am passionate about growing in my profession and excited to see where my educational journey continues to lead me.
