Experience
I am a middle and high school teacher with a focus of Creative Writing and American Sign Language. I am also math department chair for the school I work for. I have had the privilege of being a sign language interpreter in the education system for several years as well.
Teaching style
Personally, I prefer to make my classes engaging and realistic to the real world. I never want my students to think, "why do I need to learn this?" Rather, I teach with real-world situations so that they can understand everything we learn is valuable.
