Fix It Ticket
For the smaller, but disruptive, behaviors in class. Have a stack of these in an accessible spot in the classroom for your students to have access to. Whenever they are doing a not-so-kind behavior, ask them to get a fix it ticket and fill it out. They need to take it home and get a parent signature, so you know a parent saw it. Have them fill out as many as you need and hopefully the behaviors stop.

My own education history
Graduated College in 2022, got my credential in 2023. Began teaching immediately. School is my safe space, I want to create that for others.
