With almost 10 years of experience in lower elementary education, I’ve had the joy of teaching kindergarten, 1st grade, and 3rd grade, as well as working as a 3rd and 4th-grade reading interventionist. I’ve also spent many years coaching aspiring teachers, sharing my passion for creative, differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including ESL students. Teaching style
Differentiation is at the heart of my teaching style. I believe that every student deserves resources tailored to their unique strengths, interests, and learning needs. I create materials designed to reach and engage all learners, whether they need additional support, enrichment, or English language assistance, and I include resources to challenge students working at higher levels. My approach ensures that each child feels confident and capable as they grow and develop foundational skills. I’m passionate about making learning accessible, fun, and meaningful for everyone in the classroom.
