Teaching style
At Everything Aja LLC, I believe that all children are capable of learning and thriving with the right support. My teaching style centers around highly engaging, fun activities that aim for mastery of standards, ensuring that learning is both enjoyable and effective. By asking higher-level thinking questions and maximizing instructional time, I create an environment where children are challenged to think critically and achieve their fullest potential.

My own education history
I am a former Curriculum Specialist for a Title 1 school and currently serve as an education consultant, coaching both teachers and parents. With over 15 years of experience in education, I have earned an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, as well as an M.Ed. and B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education. I am certified in K-8 mathematics and language arts, trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach to phonics, and hold certifications in diagnosing and correcting reading and mathematics behaviors. Additionally, I lead a teaching membership called Teaching by Design, where I provide expert guidance to help educators enhance their teaching practices.
