After cutting out the sets of cards students will organize the ratio cards into sets of equivalent ratios individually or in cooperative groups. Each set (one set per page) includes 6 equivalent ratios. Use 2-6 sets depending on how advanced the students are functioning. For students who need more support, the simplified ratio of each set has a diamond on the card. Inform students that the cards must be matched with one of the cards displaying a diamond. 6 sets of equivalent ratios are included.

This printout of a multiplication table includes a large full page (8.5 in x 11 in) multiplication table that will be easy for children to use. There is also a page with 4 smaller copies on one page, which can be used as a master copy to make small sets which can be cut out taped onto tables or inside of math journals. This math activity can be done as a math center or facilitated by an educator during small group instruction. Students will match two number cards that when multiplied equal the target number. Students pair all the cards in the set to complete the task. Students can be timed to compete for the fastest time on any given set.
