Stay organized with this detailed late homework slip! When students do not have their homework, they must complete this slip and submit it in place of their assignment.
You then keep the slip until the actually assignment is turned in. You fill out the bottom and attach it to their work, and you keep the upper portion. This allows the student to see exactly what points were lost due to late homework, while keeping you organized!
