I LOVE the book "The Napping House" by Audrey Wood!!! I read it with our preschoolers, act it out using props (a cot, blue scarf/bonnet for a student to be the grandmother, a baby doll for the child and stuffed animals~ the kids love it!!!) then we do a book retelling extension activity in small groups to send home!
