Recipe Sequence for the Autism Classroom
This activity is a sequencing activity for a visual jello recipe. Print, cut apart and have students glue onto construction paper as a sequencing activity and/or poster. Heading can be used as the heading for the poster.

The December vocabulary cards are a perfect way to make
learning concrete for your students. Visuals are included with the vocabulary word for non-readers or the ESE / Autism classrooms. Each card is color coded for appropriate holiday: Red-Christmas; Green-Kwanzaa; Blue-Hanukkah

Teaching style
I believe that all students can learn, we must adjust our teaching style for them to be successful. My students require visual representation of choices in order to be successful so therefore most of my products will contain visual representation.

Additional biographical information
As the parent of a dyslexic student, I understand the struggle parents go through to help their child be successful. As an ESE teacher, I struggle with finding visual worksheets at grade level standards. My goal is to present visual information for those students to better communicate and succeed.
