About the store

Experience

I have worked in the public school system for 8 years. I am a self-contained Teacher of Autism serving grades 9 through age 22. My concentration is non-verbal autism using visuals for both communication and instruction.

Teaching style

I believe that all students can learn, we must adjust our teaching style for them to be successful. My students require visual representation of choices in order to be successful so therefore most of my products will contain visual representation.

My own education history

Certifications: ESE K-12 ; K-6; General Science Grades 5-9;

Additional biographical information

As the parent of a dyslexic student, I understand the struggle parents go through to help their child be successful. As an ESE teacher, I struggle with finding visual worksheets at grade level standards. My goal is to present visual information for those students to better communicate and succeed.
