Use this PRINTABLE, NO PREP bathroom log to easily and quickly keep potty training data for Pre-K or Kindergarten, ESE or any class where a record needs to be kept. I use these on a clip board next to the bathroom door so they are easily accessible. Convert to data/graphs later by entering it into a spreadsheet via Google. I have found this form to be the most practical version I have tried, probably because I made it out of necessity.
