This resource is great to pair with Jacob's Ladder. I have used this program in a Special education, ESL, and Gifted education setting. My students love completing their questions digitally. This document can also be printed and students can handwrite their answers. Students can complete activities indepedently or in a small group.

"Quirky Situation" challenges gives students the opportunity to use their lateral thinking skills and background knowledge as they seek to uncover the backstory of a strange situation.  This, in turn, strengthens their ability to seek out information.
