Exciting Math Activities

This activity is a perfect way to check for understanding as you teach graphing to your students! Students compose a frequency table, bar graph, stem and leaf plot, line plot, and find the measures of central tendency while using candy. They also analyze the data once they have calculated it. Students LOVE this activity, and it is a fantastic way to assess their understanding of creating and analyzing data. They will gather their own data and create a frequency table, bar graph, circle graph and data analysis based on their results.
