This template is meant to be used in conjunction with a class project, essay, test, or quiz. Students may request the chance to retake a test by reflecting on their performance, communicating with guardians and teachers, and taking the initiative to do so. This is excellent to support study skills and test-taking skills in middle school. This allows students to take ownership of their studying and communicate with their family and teacher.
HW tracker to use as a "one-sheet wonder" to show assignments with due dates. I have used this while mentoring, coaching, and teaching students in class and at study hall. Remember to have students check off the activities once completed so that they stay motivated!

This product includes two variations of the student vision board template and a handout with ideas and prompts. The ideas and prompts page can either be printed for individual students or displayed for everyone to view. The vision board templates can be utilized in a variety of ways, such as: cutting and pasting images from magazines or online sourcesdrawing and writing descriptions of imageswriting down bulleted ideas in the provided boxes.
This is a fun supplementary activity that can engage students during free time or if they finish their work early. Each worksheet has a small symbol or drawing for students to add to to make their own picture. Once a picture is created, the student will describe their drawing by writing a short story, describing the image, or any other creative writing.

This handout is intended to provide support for student efforts at home and can be provided to students and families at the beginning of the year and prior to midterms or exams.
Students will create a turkey using polygons. Once the turkey is made, students can identify the polygons used for each part.
