This packet will help students understand how to read, draw and write when solving a story problem. Teacher will show the slides and have students read the green ones out loud. When you get a red slide students must do the exercise it states. This is an editable format of Power Point.

Editable Winter Break Homework Page 1.Watch a 90’s movie and write a review of the movie. 2.Bake or cook together and write a summary. 3.Play a board game together and write a summary. 4.Play in the snow together and write a summary.

This worksheet helps students sequence Goldilocks and the Three Bears, it also has some puppets to cut out at the bottom. I had students color, cut them out then glue to a popsicle stick. In small groups they used their puppets to act out the story.

This worksheet can be used to test students on number placement or the value in a specific place value. This meets CCSS 2.NBT.A.1 for place value understanding.
