Falling for Second Grade

Second Grade TEKS aligned. Print, Laminate, and cut cards. Students can self check their work by looking at the back of the card. Fractions include: wholes, halves, quarters, and eighths. I wanted to make this center due to the lack of fraction centers matching the TEKS correctly. I always found resources that had thirds, fifths, sixths, etc. So I made this for Texas teachers to download and get exactly what they need to just print and go! Use this math mat to help students with telling time on analog clocks. Print and laminate or print and put in a dry erase sleeve/page protector. Students spin to find the hour and the minutes. Then they write it on the digital clock and draw it on the analog clock. What I like most about this math game is that students will never run out of options. Includes math mats for students to use to compose 3D shapes and then list their attributes. Just print and laminate for a reusable surface. This is a great hands-on center for students to manipulate materials and create! It also has four sets of task cards that gradually get more difficult. Use this in your math centers as a fun way for your students to practice their word problems! There are 24 mixed operation Halloween word problems. Students can pick a card and use the mat to create a number sentence and work out the problem using an expo and/or math manipulatives of your choosing.
