In the world of early childhood, accidents and messes are a frequent recurrence! Here is a simple note that you can quickly highlight or circle when your kiddos have need a change of clothes. There are 3 sections on the note: what happened, whose extra clothes the child is now wearing, and a list of clothing items that should be sent to school. Here is a note to write the date and time of parent-teacher conferences for all of your parents. First page is signed "your child's teacher," and second page is left blank so you can write or sign your name. Third page contains a reminder note to send home a day or two before conferences.
