A fun way to review phrasal verbs! The categories are arranged according to common particles used in two-word phrasal verbs. From the grid on the home slide, click on the different dollar values. Each one links to another slide with a "challenge." Students complete to fill in the missing word to form an appropriate phrasal verb. Depending on the class size, students can compete individually or in teams.

Here is a 5-10-minute daily warm-up activity that gives students extra practice with parts 1 & 4 of the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) Speaking Paper as well as parts 2, 3 & 4 of the Reading and Use of English Paper (for the 2016 updated version of the exam). The activities are categorized according to the unit topics in the textbook "Complete First: Second Edition," so could easily be adapted as a post-unit review or distributed for extra practice.
