Monthly Behavior ChartStruggling with individual student behavior? Use behavior charts to keep track of students' daily behavior for one month. Have students or yourself color each picture to correspond with behavior. For example: blue-great, green-good, yellow-make better choices, red-parent contact. This can be used to communicate with parents and students about behavior or for teacher use. 16 different versions Different seasonal shapes are available
Bathroom Log - Easy I was having trouble keeping track of the number of times students were using the bathroom. First graders are not usually fluent in telling time and I did not have time to keep a daily log myself. I created this bathroom log, I write in students' names and the students put an "X" each time they use the bathroom. I suggest laminating your favorite, leaving it posted near your classroom door or bathroom, then leaving a dry-erase marker for students to mark.
Dismissal OrganizerDismissal is already a stressful time, keeping track of who picks up each student in my class quickly becomes a daunting task. I made this organizer for my own classroom. I use these to keep track of who has permission to pick up which students. I make copies of the organizer after I fill it in. Then I add this to my substitute folder and my dismissal clipboard. 2 pages1- 24 student spaces2- 26 student spaces
