About the store
I have taught grades Pre-K-3 ELL in a one classroom setting, 4th grade, 2nd grade, kindergarten, and Pre-K. I moved to 5th grade in 2015. Then, in 2016, I was moved to teach at our Upper School with grades 7-12. I love my job and love to research new ideas and activities to use in my classroom. I spent three years leading the homeschool umbrella for our school and homeschooling my boys. I have now returned to public school and am teaching third grade.

Looking for a fun way for your student to gain number fluency? Start here. This activity focuses on building fluency on numbers 0-5. Research trends have shown over the last ten years the importance of number fluency in the younger grades. This product can be used as an independent study, in centers, or for take-home review. This can be printed in color or black and white. Enjoy! I will be working on a 10 and 20 frame set.

Teaching style

I love technology. I am a very strict teacher, but also one who likes to have fun. I am very OCD and like things in their respective places. I use flipcharts, music, and other various technology daily. I love to bring lots of technology and interactive journals to the table.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I have been made the IT director at my school and chair of our accreditation committee.

My own education history

I have a B.S. in Multidisciplinary studies from Tennessee Technological University. I have started my MS in three different areas and cannot decide which to finish. I am a forever student.

Additional biographical information
