I'm a Youth Happiness Coach & Positive Psychology author, with a degree majoring in psychology and sociology, with a Psychological Science Honours specializing in Positive Psychology. Teaching style

My passion is Positive Psychology. While traditional psychology focuses on our weaknesses, positive psychology focuses on our strengths, cultivating our best selves so we can lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. This is the science of happiness.

Additional biographical information

Like everyone else, I've lived through and observed the various pressures and stresses of the phases moving into adulthood. As I progressed through this uncertain and anxious new periods, I always felt that there should be resources I could refer to and consult in making informed decisions for myself. My five younger siblings whose similar concerns over the years have proven to me that the message of these books is still relevant and important. Writing these positive transition books is my personal contribution to the field of positive psychology.
