Firestarter Science

This lab uses mostly kitchen and household items to allow students to observe chemical and physical changes. It covers color change, temperature change, formation of a gas and formation of a precipitate as evidences of chemical change. The only specialized materials required are a thermometer and precipitate forming chemicals.
