School Supply Note
Use this simple note to notify parents when students are missing important school supplies. Keep a stack of notes on hand for quick use at a moment's notice (aren't we usually in the middle of a project or assignment when a student discovers they don't have what they need???).

Teaching style
I firmly believe in a natural progression from hands-on to the abstract for my young learners. My years of experience have taught me the value in taking things step-by-step; that the structured progression from modeling to guided practice to independent practice is vitally important and can't be circumvented. It is my hope that my materials reflect my beliefs about the stages of learning for young children and that they will be helpful for other teachers to implement and enhance their instruction.

My husband and I have 5 children and 4 golden retrievers. Life at our house is always an adventure, but we are blessed beyond measure!
