This packet includes a front cover where you can add the subject and student name--it's editable so you can put whatever you heart desires. It has two kinds of labels--one that says "Keep at Home" and the other that says "Sign and Return". Put one label on each side. This will make it easier for parents to sort out papers that need to be returned with those that just needs to be kept at home.
