About the store

I am in my 5th year of teaching. I have had the pleasure of teaching 1st grade for all 5 years. LUCKY ME :) Within those years, like most elementary teachers, I've worked with ELL's, GT students,students battling dyslexia and Sped kiddos including students on the spectrum.

Use this planner to help you organize your field trip from start to finish. Includes a super helpful Timeline Check List that tells you what to do 3 weeks out, 2 weeks away, 1 week before, 1 day before, the day of, and the day after. Great for new and experienced teachers. There's so much to remember! I wish I had this the first time I planned a trip. Permission slips and forms have spaces for you to write in your field trip destination. Print it off, write it in, make copies, send it home

Experience

Teaching style

I believe in teaching real life scenarios as much as possible. Social skills should have their own daily time slot in elementary schools. I am very interested in extreme behavior techniques and I LOVE science. Each year I look forward most to giving the last DRA reading assessment to each child. I just adore that one on one celebration with them. I can't help but cry every year. First grade is amazing!
