This project tests student ability to predict whether an object would sink or float. As an extension, have students see if they can make an object change depending on how they drop it or place it in the water.

I use this template as the cover sheet for my weekly homework. Some people choose to simply use it as a newsletter of sorts. It is fully editable, so fill in the information that pertains to your classroom.
This product is an alphabet book that combines handwriting practice with phonics. Each letter has a sentence prompt following the pattern "___ is for___" followed by handwriting practice for both capital and lowercase letters. There is also room for an illustration.
In this set, it includes the master for creating a craftivity following the popular book/movie "Cloudy With The Chance Of Meatballs." In addition,there is a writing piece to "predict it will be cloudy with a chance of_______ because________. I also would have them add pictures of that item drawn on the paper.
This product includes practice with estimation, 1:1 correspondence in counting, patterns, shapes, sorting, and addition. Students use skittles to practice these skills, encouraging high engagement.
Here's a full color M-F calendar to be used to track homework, reading, volunteers, classroom events, etc. grayscale and black and white versions will be added once they are finished. I am also working on making an editable version. Get it while it is at a reduced price!
