My own education history

I've always loved school and hoped to one day teach! What surprised me was that reading always came naturally to me, so I thought I would love to teach it most, but I find a greater reward in identifying areas I struggled in math and teaching how to overcome those difficulties through songs, rhymes, manipulatives, drawing, and movement.
