I have 20 years of experience in grades K-4th.

Teaching style

I love looking at my lessons and making sure that all parts of the instruction leads us to the ultimate end goal. My reading instruction is highly influenced by the Science of Reading (SOR) strategies, Heggerty Phonemic Awareness,Nifty Fifty, and Multi-Sensory. I am excited to share this with others. Additionally I love to incorporate sign language into my instruction to improve understanding and retention of information.
