About the store

Experience

This will be my 10th year teaching in a 1st Grade ESL/Inclusion room for CPS.

Teaching style

I teach in whatever style best meets the needs of my students. The resources I sell are not aligned to a curriculum but should help supplement whatever curriculum is being utilized.

Awards & shining teacher moments

A prior Rochelle Lee Group Study Group Member awardee and teacher of the month. I have also conducted classroom fundraisers and won a $3,000 Grant from Ecolab to obtain new science materials for our First Graders.

My own education history

I graduated from Loyola University of Chicago (go Ramblers) with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and ESL endorsement.

Additional biographical information

In my spare time I enjoy watching sports and playing with my dogs. I also like to go on walks and attend Cubs games with my husband and son.
