I use this tool when my students are in groups or centers. Since they should be working with one another, with little teacher interference, I teach them to use this wheel in the event that someone is not getting along with others. They must select 3 options on the wheel BEFORE they come to me. More often than not, the issue is resolved after one or two options, and I can focus on my small group! This behavior log is great for homework folders! It has color codes for most behavior charts, and it has number codes for the most common disruptive behaviors. All you need to do is circle the appropriate number or color codes each day! Then, just send it home and parents can initial the chart and see their child's progress throughout the week and month! The template can be used for any student, any month of the year.
