2D - 3D shapes for Circle time or decor of math area. My main goal was to create a visual for kids. when I look for shapes we always have a dice in category for square 2d-shape , thats a bit confusing when you start teaching 3D shapes. I wanted to represent real life objects that represent each shape. I have also included different backgrounds for different themes (donut theme, sprinkles, confetti and water color)just take the background you like copy and paste to each other shape pages.

The book is designed to be used in the classroom to help introduce the concept of time. Each page has a simple sentence describing what happened in the past and what is happening today. I have also added activities to help the children learn more about the past and present. These activities include matching pictures of items from the past and present, a timeline of events, and coloring of past and present items. Students will complete a mini biography on a famous African American by researching the person's life and accomplishments. The worksheet will have students draw a portrait of the person and explain why we celebrate this person. This worksheet will help students gain a better understanding of Black history and the important figures who shaped it.
