Tracking student goals, data, and growth is extremely important; however, it can be a little intimidating at first. I have included four different versions of student data tracking worksheets I personally used and created for my colleagues over the years. Each one is editable to meet your specific needs. Some are more student led, while others are more teacher led. On the google slides, I also go into detail of how I personally used them and kept up with them.
This is a self checking activity that covers one step, two step, and multi step equations. The assignment can be sent out to be completed in one day (all problems) or broken up over two days.
