About the store
Hi! I’m a second grade teacher based in Boston, MA, with 9 years of experience in 2nd grade and 1 year in Kindergarten. I love teaching early elementary students and watching their confidence grow as readers, writers, and thinkers.
I create engaging, classroom-tested resources that are designed to be simple to use, meaningful for students, and easy to implement in real classrooms. Most of my materials focus on creativity, literacy, and making learning feel fun and accessible for young learners.
Every resource in my store is created by me and inspired by real classroom needs: things I’ve used, refined, or wished I had earlier in my teaching career. My goal is to save teachers time while providing engaging materials for students.

The Seven Continents -- Create a color-coded key!
This activity will help young children learn how to recognize and learn the seven continents and five oceans of the world. Students are asked to color in each continent, using a different color for each, and create a color-coded key at the bottom. This resource can also be sent home as a homework assignment! There are 3 map options included: - Fully labeled countries and oceans (with key) - Countries labeled only (with key) - Fully blank map (with key) Enjoy!

This interactive powerpoint provides students with an introduction into the 7 continents.
It also comes with a next step-- a free mapping activity for students to complete after they learn about the continents! After the introductory powerpoint, students will be able to color in world maps and create a color coded key for the continents.
