At Focus and Function, I design practical, flexible, and engaging resources that help teachers and professionals save time while supporting student success. Every tool is built with universal design in mind—structured enough to provide clarity, yet adaptable enough to meet the needs of diverse learners. My goal is to create materials that not only simplify planning but also empower students to build independence, focus, and confidence.
I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience to this work. With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I’ve spent years supporting children, families, and educators in building the skills that matter most for learning and growth. As a mom to a child with unique needs, I understand firsthand the importance of resources that are both evidence‑based and practical in real‑world settings.
My passion lies in helping students strengthen executive functioning skills—like organization, self‑regulation, and task completion—so they can thrive both in and out of the classroom.
