Focus On

I've created this data chart to collect student data to mark IEP goals throughout each quarter. It's very basic, and is only meant as an overview of scores/levels. I list the student names down the left column. I use pencil to write down any scores/levels for the previous quarter and then use pen for the new scores. If a student doesn't have goals for a particular subject, I shade out the boxes using the "fill" option on the document. This chart allows me to quickly see what data is still needed
