This one-page guided reading lesson plan template is great for planning small group reading lessons. It would be best for teachers who plan to lead 2 small groups per day, focusing on specific skills. There is room for notes to be made during small group, as well as room at the bottom to list your groups. I recommend printing this, grouping students, and copying that page to plan by hand.
