I use them for independent practice, as a partner activity, or in an explicit lesson (for beginners), and even as an assessment. About the store

Experience

I am a Kindergarten teacher at a Charter School in California. This is my eighth year teaching. My undergrad is in Early Childhood Education, I hold a Multiple Subject California Credential, and have a Masters in Teaching with a Best Practice specializaiton.

Teaching style

I teach in a center driven rotation throughout the day. Students are placed in heterogeneous groups which allow for differentiated instruction. I have the freedom to let the students show me where to go next, set the pace, and choose what we will focus on. I listen, discuss, and assess to help further decide where we are headed. I feel very lucky to have this freedom, but it makes for long hours.

My own education history

My undergrad is in Early Childhood Education, I hold a Multiple Subject California Credential, and have a Matsers in Teaching with a Best Practice specializaiton.

Additional biographical information
