I've been a teacher for nine years and a school executive for four years. Teaching style
Students learn authentically when they know why they are learning and for what purpose. Students are at the height of their engagement when they feel supported, challenged and motivated. I believe that formative assessment and student directed learning are the two biggest factors in quality education.
