Teaching style

It is my goal every year to be the teacher I want my children to have! I foster a very loving environment, create hands on learning for all activities, and make learning “fun,” in a school system where “fun” isn’t always “allowed.”

My own education history

My mother was a teacher for 30 years. She used all her teacher strategies on my brother and I growing up! I still use her ideas in my classroom today. I was blessed to marry into a family of educators. My mother in law is a retired principal and my go to for all advice related to education. I’m currently working towards my masters in curriculum and instruction with Valdosta State. I currently hold a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida.

Additional biographical information
