This is a colorful collection of some homework punch cards. I designed the cards to help me track completed assignments for my students who need a little extra incentive to get their work in on time. There are 6 cards on a regular 8.5"x11" sheet (3.44" x 4.13"). The file contains cards in 5 different color schemes (Blue, Yellow, Peach, Black/Gray, and Fire). A worksheet to use with a measurement unit (measurement in inches). Students go on a "measure hunt" around the classroom, finding objects that are approx. the same size as the measurements listed on the sheet. Students must measure with paper clips, then with rulers. Helps students learn to estimate sizes as well as practice actual measurement.
