Teaching style

I have known I wanted to be a teacher since I was in kindergarten. I am a firm believer in teaching the whole child, and having fun while doing it! Walking into my classroom is like walking into a rainbow of color. I want children to know I am always there for them, and that I view my classroom as a family. I view the emotional well-being of a child to be a staple of academic excellence, so I create ample opportunities to integrate social emotional learning into the classroom. In my classroom, I strive for students to feel safe, happy, and cared for. I try to create lessons that are engaging to peak interest levels and learning potential. Teaching is my passion and I love working with children!
