From Classroom to Care

Hi there! I’m a certified teacher with endorsements in Special Education, Elementary Education, Reading, and English Language Learning. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and a Master’s in Teaching, and I’ve spent my career supporting diverse learners with a wide range of needs. For four years, I taught K–5 in a resource room in a public school, where I developed a love for creating accessible, targeted materials that help students thrive—no matter where they’re starting from. Now, I work as a hospital teacher, supporting students who are unable to attend school due to medical diagnoses. My role requires flexibility, compassion, and creativity. That’s why I focus on making quick, no-prep activities that I can use bedside or adapt for quick academic check-ins. Whether it's for assessment, review, or engagement during challenging times, I design every resource with the goal of making teaching easier and more meaningful for both educators and students. The name of my store, “From Classroom to Care,” reflects this journey—from a traditional classroom to a hospital setting—where my commitment to education and student support has remained constant.
