This is the scaffolded worksheet that goes with the Name tag project. For elementary students I only used the first page. For middle school-high school, I used the 2-4th page as well. Rubric is optional. Check out my store for this project bundle that incldes a demo video.

This is my 10th year teaching.
Teaching style
I do my best to model projects using vocabulary and anticipating misconceptions I've seen over the years. Often I reference anchor charts and add elements that make the videos more interesting for students.
