Fun-dering Through Third Grade

I am a classroom teacher and curriculum designer with years of experience creating engaging, standards aligned lessons that work in real classrooms. I have taught every grade from Pre K through fifth and understand how to make learning meaningful at every level. My resources are created to make teaching easier, save prep time, and spark excitement for learning whether you are teaching in person, online, or preparing emergency sub plans.

I believe learning should be hands on, purposeful, and fun. My approach blends creativity with academic structure so students stay engaged while mastering reading comprehension, grammar, writing, math, and STEM concepts. Many of my lessons align with CKLA units, reading standards, and Common Core skills to help teachers build consistency throughout the year.

My favorite moments happen when students light up because a concept finally makes sense or when a hesitant learner proudly shares their work. Teachers across the country have used my lessons to build confidence, reinforce standards, and bring joy back into learning. Hearing that a resource helped a teacher save time or helped students connect with a skill for the first time is always the best reward.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in education for Pre K through fifth grade and a master’s degree in reading specialization. My background has allowed me to work with diverse learners and create instructional materials that balance creativity, structure, and rigor. I am passionate about literacy, student engagement, and creating lessons that make learning accessible and enjoyable for all students.
