Multiplication Poster/Aid ( Steps for 2 Digit x 2 Digit Problems)

I designed these pages for students who are in the early stages of learning to multiply by two digits. It is also an aid for students who have difficulty remembering all the steps involved in this process. Both pages could be enlarged to create posters for teaching these steps. The two pages could also be laminated back to back to create an aid to help students who have difficulty remembering all the steps when traditionally multiplying 2 digits by 2 digits.

There is minimal work required to print and use this in your classroom. You will need to print the first 2 pages after the cover page, flip one over, and then copy 1 sided to 2 sided. This game is easy and fun to play. All you need is a little scotch tape. Simply print out the cards on card stock or regular paper and cut them apart. Laminate the cards if you plan to reuse them. Do not let the children/players see what is on each card. Tape one card to each player’s back. There is an additional blank page of cards if you would like to add other Bible characters to the game.

This is a basic poster set for teaching exponents. It is designed to help students remember that they are not multiplying the base times the exponent, and that they are going to multiply the base times itself the number of times that the exponent states. This is only my second product, and feedback is welcome. Thank you!
